What agencies ask us
Does it cost anything to become a partner?
No. There's no sign-up fee and no minimum number of clients.
How do you know a client came from me?
Through your link or your code. If the client arrives through your link, we remember it for 90 days (if they accept cookies). And they can always enter your code when signing up.
When and how do I get paid?
We calculate each month's commissions based on invoices actually paid and pay you by bank transfer on day 10 of the following month, once you've accumulated €50. You send us your invoice for that amount.
What happens if the client cancels or asks for a refund?
You only earn for the months the client pays. If an invoice is refunded, that commission is canceled.
Do I have to support my clients?
No. We take care of the product, billing and support. You just recommend Visaeon.
Can I use my own brand (white label)?
We're preparing a version for agencies that want to resell under their own logo. If you're interested, mention it in your application.
