1. Purpose
These conditions govern the program under which [COMPANY NAME OR OWNER'S NAME] (hereinafter, Visaeon) pays a commission to partners who recommend its subscription plans.
2. Joining
Participation is free and requires an application approved by Visaeon, which may reject it without giving reasons. Once approved, the partner receives a personal link and code.
3. Attribution
A customer is considered referred by the partner when they sign up with the partner's code or after visiting through the partner's link in the previous 90 days, provided they have accepted affiliate cookies. Customers who already had an account are not attributed. Partners may not refer themselves or companies in their own group.
4. Commission
- 20% of each subscription invoice actually collected from the referred customer, excluding VAT.
- For the first 12 months from the customer's sign-up.
- No commission is earned on one-time audits, custom managed services, or invoices that are returned, refunded or unpaid. If an invoice is refunded, the corresponding commission is canceled or deducted from the next payout.
5. Payment
On day 10 of each month, Visaeon pays out the previous month's commissions by bank transfer, once the accumulated amount reaches €50. The partner must issue the corresponding invoice with any applicable taxes and is responsible for their own tax obligations.
6. Conduct
The partner may not:
- Bid on the Visaeon brand in paid advertising or register domains or profiles that could be confused with it.
- Send spam, or make promises about results that Visaeon does not guarantee (for example, appearing in a specific position in an AI assistant).
- Offer fake or incentivized reviews, or use the Verified seal in a misleading way.
Any breach allows Visaeon to suspend the partner account and withhold commissions earned irregularly.
7. Relationship between the parties
The partner acts independently. This program does not create an employment, agency or exclusive relationship.
8. Changes and termination
Visaeon may modify these conditions with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect commissions already earned. Either party may end the participation at any time; commissions earned up to that point will be paid as set out in section 5.
9. Personal data
The partner only sees aggregated, anonymous data about their referred customers (plan and sign-up date). Data processing is governed by the privacy policy.
