What is AI visibility?
It's how often and how prominently AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) mention and recommend your brand when someone asks about what you sell. It's the equivalent of ranking on Google, but in AI answers.
How is it different from SEO?
SEO works to get you into a list of links. With AI there's only one answer, with 3 to 6 recommended brands. Your website matters, but so does what other sources say about you: press, comparison articles, reviews and forums.
How do you measure whether AI recommends me?
We send real questions from your industry to each model through their official APIs, with web search turned on and your market's location, and we repeat each question several times. Then we analyze whether you appear, in what position, in what tone and which sources are cited. We explain it in detail on our Methodology page.
Are the results exactly what a user sees?
They're a very close approximation, but not identical: each assistant's app can personalize the answer based on the user's history. That's why we work with percentages across many answers and show the margin of error.
Do you write reviews or generate fake traffic?
No. It's illegal in the EU and it doesn't work anyway. We only use legitimate tactics: useful content, real presence in sources and reviews from real customers.
Plans and payments
Can I try it for free?
Yes. You can run a free check of your website, no card required: you'll see your score in ChatGPT and Perplexity, your result question by question and how many competitors outrank you. Competitor analysis, the sources AI uses, your website audit, the action plan, history and weekly measurement are part of the paid plans.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not on monthly plans: you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans come with a discount and are paid upfront.
What's the difference between Monitor and Growth?
With Monitor you get the full tool and apply the improvements yourself. With Growth our team applies them for you every month: technical changes, reviewed and published content, and source work.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to the invoice where applicable.
What is the expert audit?
A one-time service for anyone who wants the full picture without subscribing: a consultant chooses the key questions with you, we run a full measurement, deliver a PDF report with a 90-day action plan and walk you through it on a 45-minute video call. If you sign up for a plan within 30 days, we deduct its cost.
Data and security
What do you do with my data?
We only use it to provide the service. We don't sell it or use it to train models. You can export or delete it whenever you want.
Do you need access to my website?
Not for measuring. To send drafts to WordPress you use an application password that you can revoke at any time, and we never publish without your approval.
