Data controller

What data we process
- Account data: name, company, email and password (encrypted).
- Service usage data: brands, domains, competitors, questions, measurements and the content you generate.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.
- Newsletter: email address and sign-up date.
- Contact forms: the information you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and the logs needed to keep the service secure.

Processors and international transfers
We use providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Supabase (database and authentication).
- Vercel (hosting).
- Stripe (payments).
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity (generating and analyzing answers). We send them the questions and the brand information needed for the measurement, not personal data about your customers.
Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by adequacy decisions (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. After you close it, we keep your history for 90 days in case you come back and then delete it, except for data we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices for 6 years).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@visaeon.com. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
