This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Visaeon platform and the purchase of its plans and services, offered by [COMPANY NAME OR OWNER'S NAME].
Launch price
Prices published during the launch period are kept for 12 months from the date of purchase for as long as the subscription remains active, even if general rates go up. After that period, the current rate will apply, with at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the change at no cost. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the rate in force at that time will apply.
Founding customer program
The first 15 paid subscriptions join the founding customer program while spots remain. Its conditions are:
- 10% off during the first 3 months. With annual billing, the same amount is deducted from the first invoice. After that, the launch price applies, locked for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- 2 one-on-one sessions a month of up to 45 minutes each during the first 3 months, booked by email and not carried over.
- Direct email contact with the founder.
These conditions do not depend on leaving a review. If a founding customer publishes a review, it is voluntary and freely given, and we display it with the label "Founding customer". If the subscription is canceled, the benefits end.
2. Account
To use the platform you need an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Service
Visaeon queries third-party artificial intelligence assistants through their official APIs and analyzes their answers. These assistants' answers change over time and may differ from those a specific user sees in their apps. The results are a statistical estimate and do not guarantee any position or business outcome.
4. Plans, prices and payments
- Prices are shown excluding VAT and are charged in advance through Stripe.
- Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, unless canceled.
- You can change plans at any time; the amount is prorated.
- Each plan has usage limits (brands, questions, queries). When you reach them, measurements are paused until the next period or until you change plans.
- The one-time audit is a single payment. If you sign up for a plan within the following 30 days, its cost is deducted.
5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract after purchase, unless you expressly requested that the service start immediately and it has been fully provided.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Create, commission or publish fake reviews, testimonials or ratings.
- Generate artificial traffic, fake accounts or any form of deceptive manipulation.
- Measure brands without a legitimate interest for the purpose of harassment or defamation.
- Resell access without an Agency plan.
Breaching these rules may result in suspension of the account.
7. Generated content
AI-generated drafts are proposals that you must review before publishing. You are responsible for the content you publish. We never publish anything on your website without your express action.
8. Liability
Visaeon provides the service with due diligence, but is not liable for outages of AI providers or for decisions made based on the results. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Data protection
Governed by our Privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor under the data processing agreement, available on request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
